All guitar repairs and services are by appointment only.  The outside doors remain locked unless we are expecting you. Please use our website for booking. Appointments can be make during the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Fridays. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you run the risk of overlapping the next appointment. Please be courteous of everyone’s time and let us know as early as possible if you will be running late or will miss your appointment so we can plan accordingly.

We have a high volume of repairs at all times and time spent on the phone distracts from doing good work. Because of this, we offer a one-time "just checking in" call per job.  After that, the additional time for phone check-ins will be added to the repair bill.  We will notify you as soon as your instrument is ready to be picked up. We promise to get your instrument back to you in as timely a manner as possible while maintaining the best quality of work.

We require that all instrument drop offs and pick ups happen at a scheduled time.

When dropping off, please bring guitars or instrument in a case or bag. We are not responsible for scratches or damage to instruments brought without a case or bag.

We have a 30 day abandoned gear policy.  Any instrument or item left after completion (without any response) for more than 30 days will be sold to cover repair cost.

Estimates for services or repairs will be as close as possible to your final total. If we find additional work that needs to be done or need to adjust the quote, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any extra work on your instrument.

We offer a warranty for all repair work done.  Setups are guaranteed for 30 days, any adjustments you like within that window are free.  Other repairs have a 1 year warranty. The warranty will not cover anything unrelated to the work we completed.

Paint and finish work on any instrument are never invisible, but we will always make them look as nice as possible within your budget. Always expect to be able to spot the repair.
